He’s worked across Europe and the US, helping teams bring ideas to life at scale — from launching Spotify into 90 new markets, to shaping Klarna’s global checkout and payments, to developing AI-driven customer care tools at Volvo Cars. As Co-Founder and Senior Partner at Samsen, one of Stockholm’s top design studios, he built and coached their high-performing design team.
Alexander is a software developer and engineering leader with a background in scaling platforms and building AI-powered solutions. As a Founding Engineer at Mason, he helped design core systems that boosted performance tenfold and developed cross-platform apps. At Acast, he spent over three years strengthening their podcast infrastructure, leading work in analytics, personalization, and large-scale CMS. More recently at Quartr, he led engineering for fast-growing digital products.
