Damjan is a Stockholm-based design and product leader with nearly twenty years of experience at companies like Spotify, Klarna, Volvo Cars, and Samsen. He’s worked across Europe and the US, helping teams bring ideas to life at scale — from launching Spotify into 90 new markets, to shaping Klarna’s global checkout and payments, to developing AI-driven customer care tools at Volvo Cars. As Co-Founder and Senior Partner at Samsen, one of Stockholm’s top design studios, he built and coached their high-performing design team.
Alexander is a software engineer with over a decade of experience building web products at companies like Acast and Quartr. With a sharp eye for detail, he cares deeply about craft — from driving the design system and user management at Acast, to shaping the AI chat experience and leading a full redesign of the web app at Quartr. He has also contributed to open source projects such as Next.js and React Router.
